All emails have tasks associated with them, so instead of “unread”,
new messages are “incomplete”, even after you’ve read them.
When you’re done with the tasks associated with an email message,
check it off as Complete.
Just like a to-do list, it’s then archived.

Set a Reminder.
The message leaves your inbox to keep things clean, but notifies you when you need. Perfect for bills, meetings, deliveries, and due dates.
When you need to get organized,
collect messages in Lists.
Lists contain related messages from any of your accounts with both incomplete and completed sections.
And for everything else,
just Set Aside.
If you can’t complete something yet, and you can’t organize it yet, just use Set Aside. It's like clearing your desk so you can get some work done.
